  • What can I expect during my session?
    Your experience will be one full hour: half Reiki and intuitive healing with Michelle, and half an intuitive reading with Jenn. Together we create a safe and supportive space where you'll feel relaxed, grounded, and guided with clarity.
  • Where does the session take place?
    Sessions are held in-person at Courage and Soul - Reiki & Wellness. You'll be welcomed into our healing space in Hamilton, Ontario. The full address and directions will be sent to you in your confirmation email once your booking is complete, so you can arrive feeling at ease.
  • How do I book my session?
    First, preview the calendar to check available times. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive a link to confirm your exact session time through Calendly. It's simple and only takes a minute. Please add your appointment to your calendar to ensure you arrive on time for your session.
  • Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
    No special preparation is required. Just wear comfortable clothing, bring an open mind, and if you'd like, a journal to capture any insights that come through during your reading. If possible, avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your session.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    Sessions are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person. To avoid missing out, we kindly encourage you to add your confirmed time to your personal calendar right away. This helps ensure you don't accidentally miss your session and can fully enjoy the experience. Remember, If you can't make it, you're welcome to gift or share your spot with a friend or loved one.
